Surveys for Wix
Free Wix app with three surveys: post-purchase CSAT, how did you hear about us, and one question on any page.
Changelog
We listen too. What you asked for and what we shipped in
feedback.tools
Screenshots in feedback
Respondents can now attach a screenshot of the page to their answer. It shows in the response card, next to the text.
Feedback forms
A plain feedback form for your product: one open question and a text field, without scoring. Users open it, write what they think, send it and get back to work.
Multilingual surveys
Translate a survey into as many languages as you need. Each respondent sees it in their own language, and every answer lands in one report.
Free Shopify survey app: CSAT and how did you hear about us
Our post-purchase survey app is now free with unlimited responses, adds a second survey asking buyers how they heard about the store, and works in six languages.
Product context
Surveys are now analyzed with your product in mind, from context pre-filled out of your product URL.
From popup to QR code
Popup, inline, SDK, API, direct link, QR code. New channels to deliver a survey and collect answers wherever your users are.
Add feedback manually
Feedback from an email, a chat, or a call can now be added to a survey by hand, with attachments and user attribution.
Open source React feedback surveys library
Released an open source React library for customer feedback surveys.
CES and NPS surveys
Added CES and NPS survey support. You can now measure customer effort and loyalty alongside satisfaction scores.
