How does pricing work?
You pay per survey, monthly or annually. Annual billing costs less. Each survey includes a monthly response limit, AI analysis and every tool in the plan. Need a second survey, for example checkout feedback and a cancellation survey? Add it at the same price.
Is there a limit on survey responses?
Each survey includes up to 5,000 responses a month, and the count resets every month. For most sites, that is more than enough.
What counts as a response?
One submitted answer to your survey, whether it is a rating, a text comment or both. Widget views that nobody answers do not count.
Can I try it on my own site before I pay?
Yes. Create a survey and add it to your site: the first 7 days are free, and you don't need a card. You see real responses and the AI analysis before you decide.

Is AI analysis included?
Yes, in every survey. You don't need a higher plan or an add-on. From the first response, AI sorts feedback into bugs, feature requests, emotions and themes, and backs each one with exact quotes.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing costs about 10% less than monthly billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no cancellation fees, and your survey stays active until the end of the paid period.
