Tools

Once your assistant is connected to feedback.tools feedback.tools, it gets the tools below. You don't call them yourself. Ask in plain words, and the assistant picks the tools it needs.

The assistant can look at any period and narrow results by country. Just say so in your question: "last week", "since March", "only users from Germany".

The assistant can read your data, create and set up surveys, and add new feedback. It can't delete anything.

Connection

Ping

ping

Checks that the connection works. Useful right after setup.

Surveys

List surveys

list_surveys

Shows all your surveys with links to them. The assistant usually starts here to find the survey you mean.

Get survey

get_survey

Shows the details of one survey, how many responses it has and a link to it.

Create survey

create_survey

Create an NPS survey asking how likely people are to recommend us.

Update survey

update_survey

Changes the settings of a survey: texts, languages, where and when it shows up, and so on. Only what you ask for changes. The survey type can't be changed.

Translate my Onboarding survey into German and Spanish.

Changing settings needs an active subscription or a trial.

Responses

Get responses

get_responses

Reads the responses of a survey, newest first. The assistant can keep only certain scores or only responses with a comment.

Show me the latest comments from unhappy customers.

Get response

get_response

Search responses

search_responses

Finds responses that mention a word or phrase.

Themes

AI groups similar feedback into themes, like "Slow page load" or "Wants dark mode". Themes show what people talk about most.

List bugs

What are the top bugs this month?

List feature requests

Scores and stats

Get CSAT score

get_csat_score

Get score distribution

get_score_distribution

Shows how many people gave each score.

Get stats

get_stats

Shows the key numbers: how many responses you got, the average score, and how many people answered after seeing the survey.

Import feedback

Create response

create_response

Adds feedback from somewhere else, like emails, chats or support tickets. It's treated like any other response: it shows up on your dashboard, goes through AI analysis and triggers your integrations.

Here are 20 support emails. Import them into my Onboarding survey.

Each call adds a new response. If you import the same feedback twice, you get it twice.

Import works only for surveys with an active subscription.
