Add feedback.tools to Claude as a connector, then ask about your feedback in your own words: "What did people complain about most this month?" or "How is my CSAT trending?"

Claude can read your surveys, create and set up surveys, and import new feedback. It can delete a single response, but only when you ask it to, and it asks you to confirm first. It can't delete a survey or your account.

You add the connector once, and it works everywhere you use Claude: in the browser, the desktop app and the mobile app.

Quick setup

The button opens the Add custom connector dialog in Claude with the name and URL already filled in. Then follow steps 4–6 below.

Add the connector by hand

1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.

2. Click Add custom connector.

3. Fill in the fields:

   • Name: feedback.tools
   • Remote MCP server URL: https://feedback.tools/mcp

   Leave OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret under Advanced settings empty.

4. Click Add, then click Connect next to the new connector.

5. Claude opens feedback.tools in your browser. Sign in if you aren't signed in yet.

6. Check that the app asking for access is Claude and click Allow.

Claude now works with the feedback.tools account you signed in to.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an admin may need to add the connector for the whole organization first.

Check that it works

Start a new chat and open the tools menu in the message box. feedback.tools should be there and switched on. Then ask:

List my surveys in feedback.tools.

Claude asks for permission the first time it uses the connector. Allow it. If you see your surveys, you're all set.

Disconnect

Open Settings → MCP connection in feedback.tools, find Claude under Connected apps and click Disconnect. Claude loses access right away. To use it again, click Connect on the connector in Claude.

Troubleshooting

"Unauthorized", or Claude asks you to connect again
The connection was removed, or you didn't use it for 30 days. Click Connect on the connector and allow access again.

The connection fails right after you click Connect
Check that the server URL is exactly https://feedback.tools/mcp and that both OAuth fields are empty.

feedback.tools isn't in the chat
Open the tools menu in the message box and switch it on.

Connected, but no surveys
Claude sees only the account you signed in to when you clicked Allow. Disconnect it, then connect again with the right account.

"Data is locked" for a survey
The survey has no active subscription: it has ended, or a payment is overdue. Renew it to get the data back. The survey still shows up in the list.
