Add feedback.tools to Claude as a connector, then ask about your feedback in your own words: "What did people complain about most this month?" or "How is my CSAT trending?"

Claude can read your surveys, create and set up surveys, and import new feedback. It can't delete anything.

You add the connector once, and it works everywhere you use Claude: in the browser, the desktop app and the mobile app.

You'll need a token. If you don't have one yet, see Before you start.

Add the connector

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.

2. Click Add custom connector.

3. Fill in the fields and click Next:

   • Name: feedback.tools
   • Remote MCP server URL: https://feedback.tools/mcp

4. Under Authentication, choose No sign-in. Claude marks Sign in now as "Detected", but feedback.tools uses a token, not a sign-in.

5. Under Request headers, click Add header and fill it in:

   • Name: authorization
   • Value: Bearer mcp_live_YOUR_TOKEN_HERE

   That's the word Bearer, a space, then your token. Right after you create a token, the Copy auth header button on the MCP connection page copies this value for you.

6. Click Add.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an admin may need to add the connector for the whole organization first.

Check that it works

Start a new chat and open the tools menu in the message box. feedback.tools should be there and switched on. Then ask:

List my surveys in feedback.tools.

Claude asks for permission the first time it uses the connector. Allow it. If you see your surveys, you're all set.

Troubleshooting

• Claude asks you to sign in. The connector uses OAuth. Remove it and add it again with No sign-in under Authentication.
• "Unauthorized". Open the connector and check the header. The value is Bearer, a space, and the full token starting with mcp_live_. If in doubt, revoke the token and create a new one.
• feedback.tools isn't in the chat. Open the tools menu in the message box and switch it on.
• Connected, but no surveys. A token only sees the account that created it. Check that you made it in the right feedback.tools account.
• "Data is locked" for a survey. The survey has no active subscription: it has ended, or a payment is overdue. Renew it to get the data back. The survey still shows up in the list.
