What the template does
Enter how many people gave each score from 0 to 10 in the Respondents column. The spreadsheet then:
- Groups responses into promoters (9 and 10), passives (7 and 8) and detractors (0 to 6)
- Calculates your NPS with the standard formula: percentage of promoters minus percentage of detractors
- Shows the total number of respondents and the size of each group
- Rates the score as Critical, Poor, Needs Improvement, Good, Great or Excellent
- Marks each score with a color, so the groups are easy to read
